ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• We strongly believe that as Tech panelists, your support in getting a clear, first-hand account of candidate experience and competence in their technical aspects will help us hire the right talents for our Organization.
• This Tech panel will be a team of members committed to interview and select a person for a Technical position at MAI Corporation.
• The Tech panel will determine the candidate's suitability based on all technical related positions at MAI and make a decision for the next step in the process. Panel members should be prepared to discuss their ratings, pointing out the basis for their evaluations, comparing their decisions, and supporting observations and recommendations to the management.
